We bought a one thousand dollar couch for our son who was moving in to a new condo 3 years ago. The first leather couch we bought failed and we replaced it with another.
Now this one has failed also. The frame in the front broke! What a piece of junk!
The repair people said this is the worst furniture made and doesn't last for more than 3 years.
Room To Go has told us they only guarantee their furniture for a year. We are left owning a very expensive piece of junk with no one in that company who gives a rip.
Don't shop there. You will be sorry like we are!

Delivered a week later:

End table instead of coffee table.

Love seat was scratch on the leg.

I called customer service. They ordered a new leg for replacement and technician to fix the love seat. I had to go back to the store to get the right coffee table and paid the difference.

Two weeks after the 1st delivery, got few calls to confirm the 2nd delivery and the tech to come in the 12-4 PM window. The technician came at 11:15 AM. I got the call from the tech guy saying he will Waite only 15 min. We got to the house in 15 mins. He was gone.

I called the customer service within that same hour and complain. I was on hold for long time and NOT much help. The only thing they can do is re-schedule another Tech hour.

This is not the first time they done this. I bought 2 living room sets from RTG and both of them had BAD delivery issues. This is wasting our times for their mistake. Each time we *** 4 hours just to Waite for the deliveries.

We paid top dollar for very BAD & SUCK customer service and delivery from Room To Go. NEVER BUY FROM Room To Go AGAIN!!

I have experienced bad and stupid service of Room To Go Company. I bought a set of power recliner one month ago. There are four pieces including powered left, right sides, and 2 middle armless pieces. It was delivered with 2 same pieces of left side at first delivery. I refused one left side and reported to customer service that I need right side power recliner. It was also recorded on the delivery sheet by driver. However, the left side was delivered to me again two weeks later. I then reported to customer service again. However, the mistake repeated. They delivered left side at third time. I can't say a word. It was incredible why same mistake was made again and again. They did not give me any explanation what happens on this set of recliner. I have to take much more time off to wait for the stupid piece of recliner. Nobody ensures the right delivery next time.
