On 2-26-09 I purchased a mattress from this company. Was told there is no need to buy a box spring from the Manager Steve, he said they don't wear out, so I purchased just the mattress. Left the store and not even 20 minutes later called and tried to cancel it, just wasnt sure about name brand. He told me he could not cancel it and if he did a restock fee would be added. I was very frustrated and turned around to go back and they said he had left for the day. When I walked into the store, he was standing there. The mattress when sleeping on it caves in only from the waist down, so your back is not supported. I have multiple back issues know. I called the company that made the mattress, and have the warranty papers, and they said since I did not buy the box spring there was nothing that could be done. The manager from rooms 4 Le$$ told me one did not have to be bought and when I told them what the manufacturers said, they replied he did not know that. They avoid my calls and say the manager is not available leave me on hold and I am frustrated. I do not want my money back I just want a mattress I can sleep on without pain. I paid $455.82 for this mattress and have also contacted the BBB on the 20th of October and have not heard anything.I have proof of purchase along with the warranty papers,
