Tricky guarantee plan. If you buy the warranty, and do not use it in 3 year, you get the full store credit back. I purchased two sets of furniture. One set is delivered on 01/06/2008. One set is delivered on 01/12/08. The bed was nit installed the correctly making huge noise and looking shaky. I called in within 2 days of delivery. The technician came out on 01/16 or 01/23/08. On 12/28/2010, I went store to redeem the store credit, I was told the credit is void since I have the service. And told me the the delivery date is 01/06/08, service is two weeks later, then it voids the credit. I just found the paper work I signed showing the bed was delivered on 01/12/08, and I called for service right after the delivery, since the bed was not installed right, some crews were losing. Then Roomstore told me I had another service on the bed, but the technician never showed up. I do not think I even called for the service, because the it was for the scratches for the same bed. I do not think the service log is correct. Anyway, I purchased more 15k stuffs from them, I have some other store credits from warranty. Then I bought some clearance stuff. After I got home, I found one floor lamp cannot been screwed firmly, and lamp head can easily fall off after you push it. So I think it is a safety issue, I want to return it, The store salesmen is terrible at 8700 Preston Rd #113, told me I damaged it, and they would not help me and have to leave the store.
I am not going to use the lamp which could cause any safety issue and get hurt by the lamp. One more thing m the quality of leather sofa is also not that good. After one year of usage, the color starts fading or gone, and it gets all kinds marks of it just because of sitting on it. I strongly recommend anybody not to buy anything from this Rooomstroe, since tricky guarantee, terrible salesmen, bad quality of furniture. Trust me; I bought more 15K stuffs from there.
