January 2010 had my identity stolen through a credit card in the name of Costco /Cancun/Mexico----------------------------------------------------------
Following several visits at the store regarding this problem...I had to call and write to the Banamex Bank (being this is the financial institute that you are dealing with in Cancun). All the withdrawels were from this store and that of your partners (Mega/Commercial grocery store for approximately 4177.95 pesos.The bank did absorbe these payments, and I was not obliged to pay .
After sevaral complaints and calls to Costco and this bank I am still receiving monthly statemant/ receipts in the name of the Costco credit -----------------------and, of which, I never did have a Costco credit card.
I have speoken twice to the manager but to no avail...as well, Babamex Bank...

Would greatly appreciate if someone could look into this problem so that the bank /in the name of the Costco credit would stop sending me these monthly staements.
Why is it that the personel in cancun do not take care of their clients in regards to thses matters. I have remained with some PPREHENSION REGARDING MY STOLEN IDENTITY IN THE NAME OF COSTCO.
i AM STILL A MEMBER OF COSTCO AND WILL REMAIN SO AS SERVICES HAVE BEEN VERY ACCOMODATING IN ALL OTHER MATTERS.
