I am out all that money and my daughter never got her Christmas Present
I am a single mom who purchased a pair of Ugg Bailey Button from this Website. I have NEVER been ripped off before, and this makes me ILL. I am out all that money and my daughter NEVER got her Christmas Present. My bank statement only shows ROSEBAGS.COM. No phone number, nothing. Most companies supply an address, phone number, and possibly a web address. I do think that a REFUND is in order.

There is no telephone number to reach anyone for assistance
I went into this Uggs Outlet website to purchase a pair of tall classic Black uggs boot. It all seemed legit. I really thought it was the uggs co. website. I gave my name, address, and credit card information. I purchased the boots. I was told to wait 7-10 business days for my delivery. I still have not received my daughter's Christmas present(Uggs boots). It's very upsetting. I have no gift for her. So, I checked my bank account and instead of uggs co. I find my $89.19 was taken by www.rosebags.com. That is all the information I have. There is no telephone number to reach anyone for assistance. Then I checked online for this website and there was no boots for sale just bags. The website itself was totally different in comparison to the one I visited when I purchased the Uggs boots. How is it possible for ppl to use other companies websites for their benefit, to rob the public. There should be a law against this. I was tricked and lied to.

All i have is a debit on my card for £70.68
I ordered some Ugg Boots for my fiancee in Dec for Christmas, 3 weeks later am still waiting. Now getting annoyed that they haven't come, i tried to contact Ugg Boots2011.uk and was directed to Rosebags, never seen this website before and definateley did not order from them. Never recieved an email confirmation of order and no tracking number. All i have is a debit on my card for £70.68, which says Rosebags.com. Am now going to try and get my money back. Advice - be careful where you order from and if it's to good to be true there's normally something wrong.

Avoid this website at all costs
I ordered uggson 12/6/2010 its now been 15 days and nothing. I sent 2 emails nothing. Im disputing this...its not right at all...i go to the uggs website and status changed from pending to delivered by the folowing cd ay to me that was a little odd...i called my bank and was told the transaction, went thru ..i am irrate...this is not staying like this.

Beware off fake Ugg Boot websites
Rosebags.com - SCAM! My dad ordered me a pair of ugg boots for christmas which were £56.00 from a website www.uggstore2011.com. When my dad got his bank statement there was a charge of £68.90 from www.rosebags.com Shanghai CN. I have never been on this site before. I then did some research on the company and seen the other complaints that this site was taking money from other peoples bank accounts! After this we contacted my dads bank to try and get the money back, they told us to try and contact the company. I then done a whois lookup on rosebags.com. This gives you the contact name address and contact number whitch rosebags.com does not supply. The website to get this info from is http://www.myiptest.com/staticpages/index.php/whois/rosebags.com i have emailed the contact email addres, and waiting on a reply. Watch this space to find out if they do reply! Beware off fake Ugg Boot websites!! i have now learnt to be extra careful when purchasing goods.

They took my money and that was it
Ordered these ugg boots for a Christmas present. They took my money and that was it. No product, can't find website anymore. No way to contact. I will place a claim with my bank. I used this website because Google had a check by it. I won't trust that again. I know there is a way to find out if it is legitimate website but I don't know how I guess. Whatever this is just BS.

Charged without purchase
Just checked credit card account, I have a transaction from WWW.ROSEBAGS.COM on the 5th December 2010 for £70.40 but I have never visited their website, and certainly not purchased anything from them. I have emailed them but with no response.
