RoseMarie Zizzo has posted a very long list of pedigreed cat breeders who she claims have purchased breeding animals infected with Feline Infectious Peritonitis.

This is not true. The only sin these breeders have committed is to have purchased cats from Lollimops Cattery. Zizzo has been cyberstalking the owner of Lollimops, Melanie Lowry, for four years because she thinks Lowry owes her money.

This is also not true. Zizzo purchased a lovely Persian cat, which she named GloryAnna, from Lowry. Zizzo had the cat in her possession for eleven months before having GloryAnna euthanized. Zizzo claims GlotyAnna died of FIP, and wants Lowry to pay her a refund of $1,300, allegedly for the cat's purchase price. However, Zizzo didn't pay $1,300 for GloryAnna...she only paid $1,200, and failed to follow the payment terms which she, Zizzo set forth in writing on her contract of purchase.

Zizzo also stated in e-mails that GloryAnna had been sick for eight weeks before Zizzo had her killed. Yet, Zizzo failed to seek veterinary care for GloryAnna until the day of her death. Wouldn't you take a sick cat to the vet? I would. Where did Zizzo take this sick cat two weeks before her death? To a cat show, that's where. Yep. Zizzo took a cat that was so sick that it was put down just over two weeks later to a cat show. Nice, huh?

Zizzo immediately began harassing Lowry after GloryAnna's death wanting first a better quality cat of an unusual color, then a full cash refund. She claimed Lowry sold her a cat predisposed to FIP. Not so. FIP is currently thought to be triggered by stress, overcrowding and poor sanitation. When Zizzo bought GloryAnna, she took her home to a small travel trailer which Zizzo lived in with at least 14 other cats. Zizzo had a small enclosure built of lattice attached to the trailer, which she lined with opaque black plastic so no one could see in. She also kept the windows of her trailer covered, again so no one could see in. That's 15 cats and a heavy smoker living in a dark, tiny trailer. A disaster waiting to happen, don't you think?

Well, the disaster did happen, but to Lowry. Since GloryAnna's death, Zizzo has been conducing her own personal vendetta against Lowry and her cattery. You may read the details here: www.pedigree-cbs.org
Zizzo has searched the internet for anyone who has Lollimops cats in their pedigrees,and has unfairly labeled them "FIP infected catteries". However, Zizzo managed to leave her own name off that list, even though she is the only breeder claiming a cat purchased from Lowry died of FIP.

In June 2004, Zizzo was suspended for life from the world's largest registry of pedigreed cats, The Cat Fanciers' Association, for conduct detrimental to the cat fancy for the content of her website, www.B-PCB.info, and her continued harassment of CFA breeders. We've saved the best for last. Zizzo has a date tomorrow, Wednesday, January 17, in a California court. She is being sued for harassment by Lowry. Given the amount of time Zizzo has put into proving Lowry's case for her, it should be a slam dunk for Lowry. It will be interesting to see if Zizzo actually shows up.

That's Zizzo...she's got all the courage in the world so long as she can hide behind her computer and phone. When she's exposed to the light of day, she melts like the Wicked Witch of the West. Which she is.
