Management at Rosemont @Bethel Place Apartments takes holidays off in lieu of collecting rent at the expense of its tenants. I do not get social security on the 1st, so I have no reason to think the office will not be open on the 3rd. Late fees are being attached to rent, and it is not fair that they do not post unusual office closures on flyers at tenants' doors. I have no reason to go and read notices on the lobby doors, and I should not have to pay late fees and run around to my bank for money orders when the office is not open to collect rent consistently. Management puts flyers on doors for less; why not when the office isn't open when it should be? Today is not the holiday; Monday is! This has happened to me before, and it is totally unfair. I don't track all holidays or hang out around the lobby! I’d call this unfair practices.
