JAN 2010 O f 180 buds or more no lilly flowers for wedding but 2 single lily flowers & more than half of hydrangeas wilted before the wedding For Jan Wedding- just occured, Rosesource flowers were represented by salesperson A to be shipped SPECIFICALLY on pre wedding date saleswoman chose, stated by her to be the proper time for the Casablance lillies she was selling, to bloom for the wedding of Jan 2010 ; At last minute couple months later within hrs of shipping, same Rosesource salesperson A switched order to different "lilly"- she representing the Casablanca lillies I ordered to be's exactly the "same" as a " la hybrid"- she was switching- she said that Rosesource " product too green frm freeze, so they were shipping lillies out of Costa Rica, not Equador. They switched Casablance lillies out the moment before shipping and saleswoman A didn't disclose additional chg for the susbtitution she said they had to make and she cont'd representing to me that the lillies were the "same" "no difference" to what I ordered and would be there in time to bloom as promised. Then, another person called saying in order to get ANY flowers shipped on this very eve of shipping- I had to upgrade to a bigger bunch & charged more to my act for there to be any shipping to destination wedding out of my state-at the very last moment - I later found Rosesource, representations not so, at all- La Hybrid not "same" as a Casablanca Rosesource woman specifically represented t & later found one a Asiatic, one a Oriental-one supposed to be large gorgeous one, tho one sent completely different like an Easter/garden lilly and quite different -EVEN IF the substitued lillies had bloomed as represented- which they DIDN"T happen at all for thewedding- all I found I got was a bucketfull OF GREEN BUDS only 2 flowers in bloom of like 180 green buds or more- that didn't even start blooming til next week AFTER the Wedding; the bride scurrying around miles of mountains inthe remote snow looking for flowers right before ceremony; not to mention half the hydrangeas were also green and more than half wilted day before wedding. All smiles taking your money in ADVANCE and so far out of luck when reported to co unusable green flowers & wilted ones they sent;Woman A at rosesource "too busy with Valentines orders" to look at my e mail then she""out of country""in a meeting""not their problem too green to be used at wedding" &"when I sent photos immediately after wedding -woman at rosesource "too busy to open" my proof photos.
Excuses totall runaround even tried blame the Fed carrier. Tho Immediately reported problem and sent photos to rosesource-then deny that even, tho tele records would show different. so far just runaround and they never did respond to me. I would say BEWARE . They say alot of things, super friendly til they get your money before they ship-then it appears you are out of luck if problems or inferior product actually shipped. They voiced no concern at all over failures of their flowers sent for the most important ocassion of a persons life which was nearly ruined by them. They deny you even reported the problem ; first they say freeze and too green from their Equador farm and shipping out of different country and I have to upgrade to bigger bunch- then send you the green ones they said were too green although promised they would assure wedding flowers were in bloom. Then they forget what they say and said sent from Equador, knowing, it appears, they were sending green ones that wouldn't bloom as promished. On a WEDDING DAY I wouldn't use this co again. But, get alot of people once, they don't care it appears. Visa won't credit so don 't look there unless you ship the flowers at your expense back to Equador or Costa Rica but can't get a straight answer from them even where they sent from.
Grocery store would have been better.
