n June I purchased a bedroom set and mattress set from Rothman's Furniture. The bedroom set's floor model displayed Dove Tail drawers and the mattress set felt great. When the furniture was sent to be, the drawers were stapled and the mattress began to sink in the middle less than a week. I notified Rothmans's about the situation. They allowed me to exchanged the mattress set, but the second mattress was like sleeping on a rock. The product is by Spring Air. I notified the finance company a last resort. Rothman picked up the bedroom set because the company no longer made the Dove Tail drawers on the set I purchased, but I could not get a refund on the mattress set. I am out of approximately 1200.00 and all I have to show for it are sleepless nights because Rothman has a no refund one exchange policy. The trouble with that policy is that all the mattresses are made by Spring Air.
