Oh I love going to Route 53 Diner..Food is great I like the strips of Bacon served hot and eggs are cooked on order. They do not believe in serving cold and stale food. Hmm, I appreciate it and even you will appreciate it.. Good. But I don't like the bakery items they serve. I tried biscuits and gravy and other stuff too but it was kind off stale for the first time, next time it was even worst. Manager told me that the bakery stuff they serve is originally like that only, it is there specialty!! Oh does the idiot manager take me as fool I feel. I know how the bakery items should be made, I am myself a chef but only difference is I am not practicing it professionally. They rip off customers by selling stale stuff first to finish their stock.
