I am going to take this opportunity to explain what happened when we purchased this membership.

We entered into this contract with Royal Elite on the basis of what was described to us. We believed and trusted what was being told to us particularly where we raised questions to obtain clarification on the terms. We told Royal Elite representatives at the table that we wanted to spend time reading the contract in detail at our hotel. Royal Elite management said that the deal offered to us had to be signed that day or the offer would be retracted and no longer available to us. They specifically told us Mexican Laws MANDATED that Royal Elite could offer the special package that day ONLY and could not extend this offer.

When we started backing away from the deal, R. E. ASSURED US that any concerns, issues, questions would be handled by Mike Fajardo (sales rep.) who said would be our contact point from that time forward. Mike himself declared that he would handle all matters for us and he would see that such matter were taken care of.

At that point and prior to signing the contract, we took a recess and seriously questioned wheter or not we could trust R.E., particularly Mike Fajardo and could we bank on Mike. ASSURANCES were given by Mike to us that matters or concerns would be handled in a responsive manner. Also, my copy of this contract was taken from my hotel room sometime the day after we signed the contract, never found or recovered it.
