Disgusting Behavaviour / Non Fullfillment of Aggreement

I had contracted with Royal India Packing Company, Tilak Nagar New Delhi run by a person called Inder Mohan and had a terrible time getting my stuff from Delhi to Bangalore. The company was extremely unprofessional and did not fulfill the terms of the contract as per which they were to transport it from my house in Delhi to my new house in Bangalore, packing and unpacking included.

1) They did not arrange for laborers to unload the consignment and I was asked to arrange for the labor at the last moment, whihc was very very difficult as I was also new in the city. Disgusting behavior saying that if I need my stuff arrange for labor...

2) They had promised that my consignment would be the only one on the truck but that was not the case. They sent a lot of stuff together and that too they don’t have any of there own transport, they hand it over to someone else and then to someone else and so one ...so at the end no one is responsible for getting things done.

3) The guy, Inder had personally promised me to repay Rs 2000 as compensation for which I am still waiting...

4) This Inder guy was polite until the contract was signed but after that was extremely rude especially once the payment was made...he was saying that let them do his work...

5) They were extremely unpunctual and slow in packing the consignment. They were usually 7-8 hours late and took about 9 hours to pack. So basically wasted our day! and night also...

6) Inder was trying to convince us that we should handover everything to him without packing and he will get it done at his office...but the true thing is he dosnt have any office...his office is just his car...all my things which were taken from home without packing were shipped for such long route like that only and most of them are broken or torn into pieces.

There is a lot of damage to my things and now inder is trying to explain that its normal and its the way things are shipped...

My suggestion is: throw your stuff on road but don’t hand it over to this company.
A strong no in suggesting dealing with these people...

Completely unprofessional...disgusting ...time wasting ...and overall toooo stress full to deal with them...

Non-fulfillment of agreement

I had contracted with Royal India Packing Company, Tilak Nagar New Delhi run by a person called Inder Mohan and had a terrible time getting my stuff from Delhi to Hyderabad. The company was extremely unprofessional and did not fulfill the terms of the contract as per which they were to transport it from my house in Delhi to my new house in Hyderabad, packing and unpacking included.

1) They did not arrange for laborers to unload the consignment and most of the consignment was just left in the parking lot of my apartment block.
2) They had promised that my consignment would be the only one on the truck but that was not the case. Some of my stuff, including a painting was damaged.
3) The guy, Inder had personally promised me to repay Rs1500 as compensation (after we complained to the cops) for not unpacking the stuff and that did not happen.
4) This Inder guy was polite until the contract was signed but after that was extremely rude especially once the payment was made!
5) They were extremely unpunctual and slow in packing the consignment. They were usually 3-4 hours late and took about 9 hours to pack. So basically wasted our day!
6) The truck operator they had arranged left after some of the goods were loaded on to his truck. The goods had to be unloaded from the truck and another truck had to be arranged for at 11o' clock in the night.

Overall a bad experience!
