What complete ignorance. ROYAL LANDSCAPING is undertaking a large project with a client on Poplar Plains Road. They block the only car lane every morning with at least 3 trucks, they dump gravel and other construction materials all over the street, worsening still the blockage. They have left their trucks blocking this street, leaving cars to pass by in a bike lane and sidewalk (where I was hit by a passing car due to this blockage) for over 2 months and use a leaf blower to blow the construction materials' dust into neighbors lots, yards and the street. I contacted City of Toronto Bylaw enforcement, specifically JESSUP, nothing of course has been done.
