Royal Movers did come out to my grandmother's senior living apartment in Anaheim Hills, CA on 05/05/09 and pack all belongings noted and trucked them to the specified UT address by 05/16/09. This was due to a death in my family.
The problem I'm currently having is that there were legs broken off an entertainment center, a box or ornate ceramic pots was totally demolished and an antique large brass lamp is missing, even though it was noted on my household inventory paperwork that the lamp wasn't on the truck.
I've called several times and spoken the the owner, Frank, and his daughter, Courtney, who does the insurance claim forms to report customer losses. I've been promised the form and, over 3 weeks later, still haven't received. I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Southern CA if I knew it would make a difference.
Will continue to contact company for insurance claim form and hope to eventually get this resolved.
