I have called the company in Hong Kong, Australia, and new York daily. each office tells me to call another offie. Meanwhile $30, 000 of merchandise is lost in Limbo. The level of service from this company is abhorant.
I still have no resolution. And I have spent a fortune on phone calls overseas.
