On saturday january 5, 2008 we had dependable locks come out and replace our front door lock. After the lock was replaced we were having a problem with the door lock latching and completely closing we called back and you guys sent the same guy out that worked on it jan.5 and he was very rude, inconsiderate, and had a bad attitude as if we called him out for nothing so he left without fixing the problem and we are still having problems with our door.
