poor and misleading customer service
Ok ladies here it is. I think that rpg show is full of bull ****. I truly believe that the only wigs that they actually take their time and make half decent are those that they send the ladies on youtube to do the good reviews for them. Then when we go and buy products from them we get screwed. I purchase a wig from them on the first of the month and two weeks have passed and still no product have gotten here yet. Let me also say that when I ordered it they emailed me a week later after I contacted them, they told me that they didn't have the wig I ordered in stock. Then I contacted them again and they told me that they shipped my wig out and that I would recieve my shipping info in a couple of hours, well that was days ago. I will never buy from them again and I will be complaining to pay pal and doing a youtube video about this complaint.

Scam-Con Artists
I bought a suppose to be custom lace wig from www. rpgshow. com and the wig is horrible it way to big in the back and the cap is clearly defective and of poor quality. I took a chance by ordering from them thinking that maybe they have changed their ways and a custom front lace wig. Well I wondered why no one else I have ordered from in the past offered that and then I got the wig and realized why... I call that Helen from there and tried to see what can be done to resolve the problem and they played games acting like they cant speak english and laughing and giggleing like it was funny... This is when I figured out that this place is not located in the USA... There in China where they make these cheap quality wigs for 10$ and sell them to us for $200 and they misrepresent where there located at with a NYC phone # on there site..ALLS I CAN SAY IS BUYER BEWARE!!! THERE STILL UP TO THERE SAME TRICKS AND I WILL GO TO THE VERY END TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK!!!

Lace front wigs
Never buy from this company. No bleach knoting, no freestyle parting, not a natural hair line and the hair quality is horrible. When i tried to ask for a refund i was questioned as to why i wanted to return the wig and given a hard time, so i'm out $350. Buyer beware when it comes to buying from foreign countries.

lace wig
I purchased my first lace wig from RPG SHOW . I order a custom lace wig after 2 1/2 months the wig arrived looking like a big ball of wolf hair. I sent the wig back and agreed to a in stock wig.( I did not want to wait an additioal 2 months for the custom.) After 2 week I took the wig for a professional wash the ear to ear strech on one side of the wig loosen flat. The real problems came after the second wash...not only did the ear to ear strech flatten loose on the other side the hair matted rock hard all over the wig. I contacted RPGSHOW they requested pictures so they could resolve the matter. I e-mailed pics the same day. My next e-mail requested I send the wig back so that their people could look at the wig. They also informed me that this had never happen to their product before. I was out 313.00 dollars and they never sent me the different from the custom wig order (the in stock wig was less money.) Another thing the hair on this wig never blow in the wind and when I lifted it let it fall it would just remain lifted...it would not fall. A picture is worth a thousand words I just wish I could post the Pictures.
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM RPGSHOW AGAIN!
