I work at Law Firm and we have a deal with RPS Worldwide. There is one man calling all the time, he asks for one of our lawyers and during our conversation he is always mocking me, says rude words (retard and such), making fun of everything I say.I don't know why this type of people can work at this kind of companies. What about good customer service and polite maniers with people, especial with people who he doesn't know.
