Seneca smokeshop fraud. They took my money December 10, 2010 and its february now. They have not delivered and blame the shipping company...So I contacted the shipping company RPSDELIVERS. They do not have any tracking info, although they claim they have a tracking system. You get the constant run-around "they will come this week", nope. "They will come this week we are sure" and NOTHING!! 6 weeks straight of dealing with this fake shipping company "RPSDELIVERS", what a bogus company, its not even a real shipper, probably just some guy with a van. and Im tired of it. Its like they just took the money and ran. Worst experience ever ordering anything online.
