RR Auto has changed their name to All Ways Shipping is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with no commercial insurance, DOT or MC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. When he gets pulled over by any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines driver will the arrested and fined and your load will be impounded and towed to DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after all fines & fees have been paid.

This shipment has not arrived as of yet and no return phone calls. It's a week later after being promised 3 - 4 days. There's been no response from the Broker RR Auto or the Contracting company. RR Auto has changed their name to All Ways Shipping.

This guy is a joke. He stats vehicle was delivered 3 weeks later more like 7 days, Just as we had placed on our bid, Vehicle was picked up next day of booking. Everything was done as promised. Communication was not good, he wanted to play phone tag. I can not be on the phone with this guy every hour. Its been a mess...

Communication issues and unresolved frustrations. RRAutoTrans was quick to communicate before I accepted his bid. After accepting RRAutoTrans was nowhere to be found. I tried to communicate via phone and e-mail, even expressing the urgency of the situation when two guys in a non-plated vehicle wanted to pick-up and drive my vehicle with no car carrier. These guys were legitimate and delivered the vehicle from Los Angeles to Chicago in just over 2 days! But can't recommend, too many frustrations.

What are you talking about? Non-plated trucks? You must be confused with a different company. As far as two guys trying to pick up your vehicle with non-plated vehicles is not true, there is only one driver. We picked up and delivered as we stated in our bid. Communication was minimal on both sides. Thanks for giving us this neutral feedback that we did not deserve.

The van was packed with personal belongings up to the windows when we clearly stated NO PERSONAL BELONGINGS. We still had the van moved at no extra charge. I have called to find out why we have received a neutral and there has been no response.

Vehicle was picked up within 2 days and delivered within 2. He was informed when the vehicle was picked up and a day before delivery. I don't understand what was wrong with the communication.
