This is a Complaint on behalf of my kid. I enrolled My daughter in this "agency" and feel the need to explain.
I paid money and she always offers FREE classes. Then later states "I MADE YOU" I feel very unsatisfied with her work.

On her website it states the following:

You will not have to wait in long casting call line ups for extra work
You will not have to go out and try to find a job in the film and modeling industry
We do everything for you, all you have to do is wait for that important and exciting phone call from us.
You will be put on our casting calls email list where you will get emails updates on what films and jobs are available in Winnipeg or Globally.

Well i waited long for one of her casting calls!
AND There is NO EXCITING CALL. She just posts them on her facebook page. YOU HAVE TO go look yourself. The majority of her clients find their own work.YOU HAVE TO HAVE FACEBOOK or you will not recieve anything.

Also it states :

2nd Questions: Do you think you have talent or have a great look? Good I am glad you believe that.

4th Question: Do you have a good self-esteem, confidence in yourself, and very extremely reliable? Well if you have answered yes to all of the above. Then its time for you to join our talent agency.

She Always CANCELS classes or has the students and sometimes doesnt even email you. Makes you wait outside for nothing then avoids your calls.

We have formatters to make a talent resume for you.

ITS ONLY HER...SHE HAS NO ONE WORKING WITH HER. NO ONE!!!

This is what you should bring to your appointment.

Yourself, if you are under the age of 18 you must be with a parent or guardian
Be well groomed
8x10 headshot - Photos of yourself (not with others)
Talent Resume ----WHAT IF U DONT HAVE ONE? ISNT SHE SUPPOSE TO MAKE ALL THIS FOR YOU?
Prepare a monologue, script or be ready to show us a model walk
Identification
Must have an email address and current working phone or contact number ----WHY WOULD SHE WANT YOUR NUMBER SHE NEVER CALLS YOU.PLUS DOESNT PAY YOU FOR MODELING JOBS UNTIL U BUG AND BUG HER.
If you are just wanting to be a extra in a film, please let us know that when booking your appointment

Be on time ---ISNT THAT FUNNY WHEN SHE ISNT ON TIME OR TOTALLY DOESNT EVEN COME.

Rachel Seenie may not get a ton of auditions right away, but how will you know if she has submitted you? (The catch is if she keeps asking you for your photo headshots or she needs more photos of you.) Your agent can be, but is usually not, your friend.

IF SHE KEEPS ASKING YOU FOR HEADSHOTS WHEN SHE SHOULD HAVE THEM ALREADY THEN WHY WASTE THE MONEY? ALSO STATES :
