I completed a 6 week research on my cigarette purchases, which ended on August 9th, 2010. It was clearly stated that checks would have been mailed out 6-8 weeks from end date. As of December 2010, no incentive check, and no responses by email or phone after numerous attempts. The website has been experiencing technical errors for months and said to check back within a few hours. No matter how often, or what time i check back, it's the same thing.
