I financed a 2007 accord from this dealer and it is turning out to be the worst experience. I had the car for two weeks and already the cd player don't work and the check engine came on. I brought it to the service center where they told me that it was a valve that was no good. They said they needed to keep the car for a couple of days. They then said that I was entitled to a rental car from enterprise. Enterprise came and then said that I would have to pay 100.00 for insurance purposes. I felt that I shouldnt have been obligated to that fee. The enterprise rep told me that honda would take care of the fee. Then I was told that they had a new policy that they could not accept provisional drivers licenses. So I went to motor vehicles and they fixed the issue but when I called back I was told that honda would not cover the enterprise fee. I am very dissapointed with the way I have been treated and regret deeply purchasing this car. I feel like I have been taken advantage of and it has me so disguted that I dont even want the car anymore because it was not an enjoyable experience. I will tell anyone that is looking for a car not to shop rte 22 honda.
