I have been using LEVIS products for the last three to four years and never had a chance to complain. But recently I purchased a LEVIS woolen pullover (Bill N0. 0020015944 dt 25/11/2010) from Company's retail outlet at Levis - Siddhi Vinayak G - 1, 24 Krishna towers Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur (Rajasthan) India. The stuff was having quality issue after 2 t0 3 wears only, ball formation started on pullover. At the time of purchase same thing was clearly discussed with the sales person and assurance was given that their will be no ball formation in this product as this is best quality wool and a levis brand. The pullover was produced at the above outlet for claim on 21 Jan 20011 but same was not taken by the store staff and they try to convince that in woollen staff this type of issue is common when I asked to store manager to call sales person who have attened me at time of sales the store manager didn't called the sales person and tried on his own way to convince me on the issue and my complaint was not addressed. I have been using other branded woollen stuff where I have such complaints. I visited the LEVIS site but was unable to find their E-Mail ID. I would be obliged if you could help me in the matter.
