Last July 2009, Haier America confirmed the reception of the power cord of my toaster oven RTO1400SS (following the instruction of the recall). Today it is March 9, 2010 and I still did not received any replacement. I call about 5 - 6 times and get always the same answer "It's coming". But obviously this company does not care about it.
Is there anything that can be done in order for this company to be investigated?
