Beware

Rubin & Rothman has seized my account(s) of a total of over 4k!! This is the first time I've heard of the Attorney's office--evudently they've bought an old debt and DOUBLED the profit margin.

I will take my *** down to the courts and see if they have proof of all mailings "alledegly" sent to me, notifying me of this debt. I am so close to making an agreement with them, and then i said I'mm gonna file a complaint with the US Attorney's office and file a claim for a trail in the Court System, and see if they can prove the debt.

Be careful of these "white collard thug" tactics..and dont fall under pressure to "settle" for ANY amount. Some ppl cant *** from work, but if u can, take your *** down to the courts and FIGHT the system.

Should go to jail for bullying and stealing

I had financial problems I could not make my store card payments the bank went to Robin and Rothman lawyers in Islandia, ny I made a deal with them for a settlement of three payments(they ribbed me off in this settlement though) I had to do the settlemnt or they send me to court after I made 2 payments and for no reason except of these people are theives they went to court again and sued me for the whole original amount before the settlment, they should be stopped from stealing, blackmailing, and byllying. authorities should interfere no-one should shut his mouth up about these people defying the law.
