On Thursday evening (26-08-2010) me and my fiancé went to go get something to eat at Ruby Tuesday - Amman. The restaurant was very nice looking and the booth was very comfortable. The wait staff was nice and made us feel comfortable. I ordered food plus Diet Seven up. The waiter informed me that they have no diet seven up or and kind of soda as the machine is out of order!! I asked him if he can get us cans as the Ruby Tuesday in Amman located in City Mall and they have a big store. The answer was no, I asked to check with his manager, and again the answer was no. I cancelled my order and left the restaurant unhappy and without meeting the manager on duty which is so bad.

I will inform my friends about this awful experience.
