I had ordered two pair of different UGG boots one set came they did not seem to be true uggs (total different size then other ugg boots which were purchased at Norstroms and did not look like uggs.) One set never came at all. Paid for two true ugg boots for daughter so now have no uggs . They have gone through my mastercard as "jeans Express"

I also have e-mailed the company with no response in over 7 days.
