I placed an order for Ugg boots for my daughter on 11/26/08 for Christmas. I received 2 emails that day confirming receipt of my order and from World Pay charging my credit card $133+.

I could not find a telephone number for the company. I emailed them on 12/5, 12/8 and 12/11 trying to confirm the order and to determine an expected date of delivery. These were the only things my daughter wanted f0r Christmas. On 12/16 I received an email from "online sales" that the order had been shipped (still no response on my emails and no way to track the order # on their website).
When I found them in a local store in her size I contacted my credit card company and they assured me I would not be responsible for the charges as I was disputing them and I should reject the package when delivered.
On 12/19 the boots were left at my front door. On 12/29 I brought them to the Post Office and "refused" the package and the post office gave me a "certificate of mailing."
Today, on 2/10, my credit card called me to tell me RuedeMode (AKA Jeans Express) claims the they never received the "refused" package returned by me and they are reinstating the charges. This place is a scam!!!
