I am currently staying at your Miami Beach Hotel and i must say that this is probably the worst service i have ever received from any hotel i have ever stayed in. Not only is the service bad, the staff are rude and unhelpful! I have asked to see the Manager and I have been told that he will only be available tomorrow morning. When I checked in, the lady checking us in was having a loud conversation with her friends also standing at the counter, then she gave us the wrong blue card and phoned us once we were in our room to come and exchange it. We called reception during the day to ask a question about the TV. The man who answered the telephone was short, abrupt and put the telephone down without saying goodbye. We then tried to have dinner. We were told we could order from the bar (only 5 items to choose from) and only one menu for all guests to share! The food choices were more limited than the pool bar! We then tried the buffet as an option and were told at 21h55 that it was closing in 5 mins and they were going to take all the food away in the next 5 mins! The host should really not be in that job with his personality! We also had to sit in the lobby to use the internet! We paid $500 for the pleasure of being treated this way! A boarding school is more friendly!
