I purchased a phone from Virgin mobile online, but had to return the product because of poor customer service.
a reciept was mailed to my e-mail adress confirming that they recieved the phone, and that they had reimburst my debit card which I told them was no longer active because I had terminated the account. I specifically requested a check by mail, but never recieved it, I provided them with another account to where they can transfer the money, and though I was told that the money would be in my account in twenty four hours I never recieved it. I got laughed at by the representitives telling me flat out that there was nothing he could do to help me, and that I wasn't getting my payment of 98.97 cents that I worked so hard for back. virgin mobile is the worst phone company around, they will rip you off.
