I subscribed to Runner´s World magazine in November, 2010. So far, I have only received the first issue in January, and have not received the two following issues. I have tried to get in touch with them, and they keep on saying they cannot find my account, or they can only help me with my account number. The thing is that I do not have such a number, since it comes on a piece of paper inside the plastic bag with the magazine, since it´s an international subscription. Who keeps that?? That said, I e-mailed them saying exactly that, and they keep on telling me to enter their website and report the missing issues. However, as anyone can check, if you try to access it without an account number, you can´t do it. I have also asked for my money back, and they keep ignoring it. Bellow is the last message I received this morning:
