Folks stay away from this seller on EBAY and any other business he may have or operate. He has a p.o.box address in DENTON, MD. I ordered two items from this guy on March 2, 2008. a one ounce silver bar and a 1 gram istanbul bar. I payed for both items at the end of the bids on March 2nd with my credit card. Payment was sent to the seller then. He charged express shipping fee also. On March 14th, 2008 I finally received my silver bar and left good feedback for him on this item. I sent him an email asking where my other item was. His response was that he was "Running low on gold so he sent it out later. How's that for express shipping. I contacted him several times only to be told I was a liar and that I had my gold bar. It is now March 26th, 2008 and I still have not received my gold bar. I have filed a complaint with Ebay security and Paypal. I have even escalated the complaint at Paypal and contacted Ebay Numerous times. Seller has not responded to Paypal yet. I sent him an email to let him know I was filing charges aginst him at the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER. Seller has now posted negative feedback on my feedback saying I was a slow payer on my gold bar and that I asked for a refund on my silver bar. Totally a lie. He was payed instantly on March 2nd 2008 for both items. My feedback score was 100% positive. Now it is down to 97% because of this person. And can you believe Ebay has not taken it off after I asked them to several times. Another joke when it comes to Ebay. I have sent this guy another email asking for a refund or my gold bar. Wouldn't you know it. NO RESPONSE. Ebay also says you can obtain contact information about the seller like a phone number to call the seller. I've requested it twice and they haven't sent it yet. Only way I could file the criminal complaint was to try to find the guys information somewhere else on line. Thanks Ebay!!! So, if your looking to buy something online I highly suggest looking somewhere other than sites where you can run into unscrupulous people. Stay away from this seller Russell Dadds aka deisel883 on Ebay or anywhere else. Thanks .
