I went to a Local Toyota dealer for a service on my 2005 Toyota 4runner ...For an Oil change and Genuine Wiper blades, Air Filter .. ...After a Few Hour The Representative Tells me I need a New Drive belt, So I said Go ahead...After 3 months about 6000 Miles I was on the way to Pittsburgh to drop my daughter and her friend off at college...It was raining that day and after 70 miles away from home everything shuts off from the car and we had to next to the road...Problem was The New belt Snapped. ...We had to call a Tow trucks which Cost
$500 Dollars...We came home via Tow truck ..Next Day we went to the dealer and complained and asked for a Tow money since it was their Fault...But they said NO...they were just gonna replace the belts for free and that was it...After that day I Decided never to buy a Toyota ...Oh the car had 60, 000 miles before belt replacing...We had to wait 4 days until it was done...they said they didn't put a Part that was a fitted ...that means they just put a belt that was just laying around and not for the car...Just want to Say Toyota needs to go down the drain they have worst customer service.
