My car was damaged in the Rutter's carwash in Stewartstown PA, Robin Nace of Rutter's accepted responsibility and promised to make all necessary repairs. She sent me out for an estimate, upon receiving it, refused to stand by her word, and Rutter's will not pay for repairs.
