I rented an RV from Norms RV in Poway California...on check out they said I put a small scrap on the back right corner...I don't think I did it...they then had their own body shop give a sky high repair estimate of $323 and kept that out of my $500 deposite.

They are not trust worthy in my opinion and I would not ever consider doing business with them again...if you need to buy or rent an RV in the San Diego area, find somewhere
else besides Norms RV...they will overcharge you for what they call damage....they don't understand that when you rent equipment it won't be brand new when you sell it a year later and that there is a thing called normal wear, which I would consider the scrape on the RV I rented....OBTW it wasn't the only scrape on the RV so I assume others were overcharged for cosmetic damage, as I was, and the repairs were not made.

Go somewhere else for your RV needs!
