I have been trying for 6 weeks along with the doctors office to get a prescription filled from this company which requires prior authorization. Forms by the dr have been filled out but they still are not approving, now stating they need to talk to the dr. and to leave a phone number for RX America to call them back. They do not call back. I've called and spoken to a Sr. Rep who said (yes, they've heard they do not call back when people leave their number). This dept will not talk to anyone but a dr. or dr. office. How can someone get an approval if they won't return calls to the doctor. Doctors arn't going to wait for 20 minutes on hold. Something needs to be done to get this company to return phone calls to doctors. We are paying alot of money for this prescription coverage yet cannot get anyone to help. We're talking about a 97 yr old woman who needs this medicince and not is at the point where she needs it NOW!
