I entered online for their Prescription Plan and was told by the Person in the Pharmacy he couldn't return the cash I'd spent on the card that ended up covering nothing on my insurance list that I needed the Help On. If you decided within 14 business day's it isn't for you, you get a full refund of your 20 dollars. NOBODY - NOT EVEN MANAGERS were trained how to give this refund, they put me off day's talking like they knew how but they needed one more person there to complete the transaction. .. LIARS afterwasting Tons and Tons of my Time, I got a stupid GIFT Card... SO now they get to tell me how to spend money?? I do have other bills to pay that don't accept the Walgreens gift card!
