Dirty dishes on food bar for customers

No complaints about the food just the plates that the people have to put the food on. i worked in food service many years and the first duty was to check all plates coming out of the dish washer. i know not all dirty plates will get caught before going out on the food bar but when a person has to go through 14 plates with dry food still on them, that is a problem. someone should be checking the dishes before sending them out.i like to eat at ryans but sure hate to check plates before finding a clean one.

Bad service

You just haven't lived till you go to RYAN'S IN MICHIGAN CITY IN THEY HAVE A COOK-SERVER THAT comes to you table with her *** in your face to tell your husband shell cook fish for him he told her ken the manager said no more fish she said that's a lie anyway ill cook it for you when ken is not working i said no way your not going to get the other girls in trouble she gave me a drop dead look .sick at 70 of her gold digging *** in my face while she tells my husband she lives with the father of her kids but she is still looking she thinks my husband has money ha ha .all this takes place when her place is on the other side of the restaurant.too the lady with the tack in her mashed potatoes give it to me i can find a place to put it and the *** is angie
