The doors on the Ryco Car Wash at the Hess Gas Station at 39-04 Northern Blvd. closed on my very well cared for car, crushing the side of it, cracking a light, and scraping off the paint, when the timer said I still had 40 seconds left. It was a very frightening experience to be stuck in between the car wash doors, inside my car. I got no satifaction from the gas station attendants, manager, or HESS headquarters in NJ. They were uncooperative, rude, and laughed in my face, refused to tell me the name of their insurance company, give me the proper complaint form, or a copy of it! Why would you want to buy gas from a company like this? Patronize a company that respects and appreciates their customers and has customer friendly business practices instead.
