The lady who works here has no manners and acts as if she is doing Ryder customers a favour by even conversing with them. The first time I phoned she was rude and I thought okay, maybe she is just having a bad day. I phoned back a few days later to find out what my payment was and she said that she could not help me because she was helping a customer - am I not a customer anymore because I had already collected my rental and paid ?
Lady - if you don't enjoy your job please find another one !
