I purchased a weed eater at the end of 2009. It has never worked properly. I took it back to Home Depot and it was replaced with another one that did not work properly. I called their customer service number and was told to take the weed eater to their warranty repair store. I have taken it four times and each time I was assured that it had been repaired, only to find out that it had not been. I have gotten no use from this product because it has never worked properly. I contacted their Corporate Office and was told to do what I had already done. This company is continuing to sell a product that they know does not work. Do NOT purchase any product made by Ryobi. It is an expensive and inferior product. It will be a complete waste of your money.
