Owner: Indukuri Suresh Verma/ Indukuri Madhuri
I have paid an advance of 3 lakhs to a person by name Indukuri Suresh verma to buy a flat and he just gave me a paper saying that he has received an amount of rs 3 lakhs. I was supposed to apply for a loan after that, he made me wait for more than 4 months to give me mere loan papers and eventually after many attempts he was still making me wait for more days saying that we didnt have this approval and we didnt have that approval for the flat. And one fine day i got irrirtated and cancelled the flat purchase. He has promised to give me the flat within one year and the flat is still under construction and it will take 2 more years at the pace which is going and may be that guy would run away with our money as well.
And i have received just 1 lakh back from him.
All readers, request you to keep these things in mind before purchasing a flat from him.He looks for people who are not from vizag and sell flats to them.

If you have come across these names in future Indukuri Suresh Verma/ Indukuri Madhuri/ R K Constructions please dont buy any flats from them.
They all are FRAUD builders and have political background and people like us who save money to invest some where fall in their trap and its difficult to get our money back.
