7/19, lack of service Manchester NH 03103 from 7:00 Am -11:00 Am
prox. service for a while, then no srvice, tried to get needed info at 3:00-3:00 PM, no connection. kept trying nothing. At 7:11 PM, caled service center, after many prompts, connected to a service tech. "Nick"
Nick was able to tell me "Ummm, service problems in Nashua", Ummmmm don't know anything about Manchester, UUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM what does your connecti0n read out (meaning the lights) explained that ther has been no connection light for hours. UUUUUUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMMMMMMMM well, maybe you need to tell me what the DSL light says. Already explained this, but UUUUMMMMMMMMM I need to know what it says. There is NO read out for the light. I am a Senior Citizen, and can't crawl under the computer desk, as there are no words orther than a blinking light. or lack of blinking light to let you know the the system is working.
The call ended . as this tech had no information or support knowledge for what I needed.
