I took my car in to be repaired fro a “steering wheel lock malfunction”. 6 weeks later they could not correct the problem. I found out that they charged me $600 for rewiring that the Saab dealership did not even do. Evidently they hired an outside person to do it, without consent. All of the paperwork stated that the dealership rewired the car. They could not correct the problem and refused to repair my car. My car was in horrible condition when it was returned to me, inside and out. I had profanity written on the dist of my car. Nobody from the dealership will result my calls. I have taken the car to another dealership and they advised the Pasadena dealership made the care worse. They advised that it may take thousands of dollars to get it back to normal, when it should have been a simple computer issue. The Pasadena dealership made the car worse that it was originally was. The people at Saab Pasadena that will not return my calls or make this issue correct or even explain why they billed me for work that they did not complete even thought their name was on it. This issue is going to end up in serious litigation.
Here are the people that are going to be named in the lawsuit:
Service Assistant: Steven Ruiz
Service Manager: Chris William
Customer Service Manager: Robin
