I'm Shilpa (name has been changed), i joined a company called integer software solutions, in basaveshwarnagar in bangalore, for a course named high end on july 2006, where they promised that this training was given in association with Wipro, And everyone who goes through this course will be provided interviews in companies namely Wipro, accenture, tarang, tavant,etc... They took Rs 50000 /- from each of us. And they promised that if they fail to provide jobs, they will pay back 50%.
The main persons were Roney Rapheal , Prince and Sashi.
They just kept on starting new batches but they never placed even a single person, and after lots of talking they said they will absorb us in their company, but they wont pay for 6 months. So we agreed and we were working without any payment by Oct 2006.
By the end of January, they said they are starting a new branch in china and Mr prince and Roney fled to china.
By March 2007, we were informed that Integer Software Solutions is being taken over by another company called Saastha Infotech Pvt Ltd, They said the management has changed and either we have to go out or we have to work with them.
We agreed and we were paid just 5100/ month, we were trained and working on Java and J2EE.
By the end of March we were asked to move to implementation help desk team failing to do so we will have to leave the company. And we were promised that after the implementation project in Federal Bank we will be taken back into J2ee development at the earliest.
Most guys left the company and the were not paid anything and not even the promised 50% of 50000/-.
While a few went for the implementation, and by the end of September 2007, the project has finished and still they are not taking us back to development.
This Saastha Infotech and integer Software solutions and playing dirty tricks on the students of high end people.
So anyone joining integer or saastha, please inquire about these sort of fraudulent companies properly. Mr Prince and Roney cheated us by taking our money and leaving the country. We could have sued them but as we are still freshers, we don't want to loose our valuable time and money. We have lost so much.
Almost 250 students have been fell into this trap, they all are ready to come forward as a witness to put an end to this. As I'm still in the implementation team, they might do something to me if they know who i am.
Beware!
