I am disgusted by the fact that SABC 3 regularly screens movies with an 18-year-old age restriction on Saturday nights at 7:30 or 8:00 pm. The last one to be screened at this time had an age restrition of 18 with SVLN !!!

I personally do not watch movies with such age restrictions, but I can understand if they are screened late at night when young children would be sleeping. How on earth can a national TV broadcaster screen such movies during prime time TV? Some Saturday nights my husband and I surf for movies to try and find one without an age restriction. SABC 3 used to be a safe bet once, but no more.

Please, SABC 3, bring back your family viewing movies on Saturday nights.
