I called this company for oriental rug cleaning. They said that a representative would need to evaluate and measure rugs for cleaning prices and I was told that the rugs would be cleaned and returned in 4 days time. A very unprofessional "temp" type of person came out to measure the rugs. He quoted me a price. When we agreed on the price, e took the rugs and I paid for half the fee. He asked if he could charge his phone while he was there so he could send his girlfriend text messages.

I called about the rugs in four days for a delivery time and I was told that they still needed to be cleaned. I was given another expected date a couple two to three days out. When I called again in another couple days I was told that they were not dry yet because the weather was too cold for them to dry. I wonder if these are rug cleaning experts, why they washed them with a cold weather forecast. I was very concerned about getting back these rugs in the same condition they picked them up in.

When they were finally ready a few days later, I got a dilvery time of 8:30 am Tuesday morning. At 9:00 when I had not seen or heard from them I called. "He was on the way". I let them know that I would be there for another 30 minutes. When that time came and went I called. I was told that he wasn't going to bother coming because I wouldn't be there. So I wonder would it have taken them too much time to let me know this? Then I asked for another delivery time when I had time to wait around for him to get there. They asked if there was somwhere outside they could leave them, like a driveway. And I wonder they think I would leave 10, 000 dollars worth of rugs with them for 10 days when I was told 4 days jsut to have them laying across the driveway when I come home?

Geez!
