This company is very decptive. Each time my alarm goes off, no one calls back. I made several attempts to get Reggy, or Christy to contact me in regards to this valid problem without success. This is a decptive alarm company. There is no security at all. It is phony, unreliable, misleading a nd their main goal is to rip off the consumers.
