After reading around a bit I found other horror stories about how they take your credit and send you other products from other companies even after you contact the company and cancel any of the "free trial" or unrequested merchandise.

Stay away from them, only buy from reputable companies (preferably ones that are publicly traded) for anything EVER because companies like this get away with murder and your left holding the smoking gun.
